I have an interest in mushrooms right now. This is one of the best ready-to-eat products I have found in my research. All the species I want for brain, energy and immune. No other ingredients as fillers, coloring, ect. Non-plastic packaging that lasts me a month. Good growing & manufacturing by Om. I mix with warm water in the morning, and now I like the taste and crave it! I've also added it to noodles and it tastes great. You cannot beat the price on iHerb.
